February Update 4
Dear Policyholder,
The Independent on Saturday carried an article about a fairly typical day for Clare dealing with the reattribution.
I thought you might be interested in it and I also wanted to point out that it contains a mistake. Clare has been absolutely consistent about wanting an offer to go to policyholders.
but the article has a line that she will "not be afraid to say 'No Deal'".
Clare will say if a deal is unfair, but it still must go to policyholders. The interview was done over the telephone a couple of weeks ago, so maybe some gremlins got to the words down the line.
Anyway I wanted you to know directly that there’s no change of stance.
