February Update 3

Dear Policyholder,

I mentioned Clare's interview with Moneybox in Friday's email and thought that you might like a link to the programme in case you missed it (see below).

There has been quite a lot of information about the pre-reattribution distribution and the reattribution in the press over the weekend. Also Norwich Union placed an advertisement in some newspapers over the weekend, which says that the company will be sending policyholders more details about the pre-reattribution distribution from March onwards.

There are also some related items that I thought might be of interest to you, such as an interview with the Aviva chief executive Andrew Moss and an article from Citywire about City analysts' views.

Policyholder forums

I have had a number of questions from policyholders about online forums. I am aware of two, but please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for either forum. One has been set up by a national newsgroup, the other by a group of policyholders.
