April Update 2
Dear Policyholder,
As I mentioned yesterday, we are now able to publish the submission we made to the Select Committee together with the FSA's material. Please click on the following link to the Articles and Reports section of the website http://www.policyholderadvocate.org/articles-and-reports. The next stage in the process is to take place on Wednesday 30 April when Norwich Union and Prudential will give evidence. The chairman of the Select Committee, the Rt Hon John McFall MP, said that they would be writing the chairman of the Norwich Union with-profits committee, Sir Nicholas Montagu, inviting him to make a contribution to the proceedings. I will keep you up to date on progress.
