Dear Policyholder,

A hearing took place in the High Court on 27 July 2009 to deal with procedural matters in advance of the main High Court hearing to consider the reattribution and fund transfer set, which is for 14 September. The procedural hearing resulted in the Court setting some timelines for the presentation of materials, including for those who might wish to object to the reattribution. A Court Order setting out these matters was completed on 10 August and Aviva has informed us that it is to publish the order on its fund transfer website. Aviva asks for details of objections to go to its solicitors, Clifford Chance and gives the address. Please note that you may also send the material to us at:
