Dear Policyholder,

I am pleased to tell you that we have now gone live with the booking service for the policyholder advocate’s roadshows in June and July. Please follow the link below, which can also be found on our home page http://www.policyholderadvocate.org/roadshow-booking

The system is easy to use and we ask you for some details so that we can contact you in case of any changes. We do not anticipate any but it is sensible to be cautious. Please rest assured that these details will not be passed to any third party or be used for any other purpose by this office.

In the weeks ahead the roadshows will be one opportunity to learn more about the Aviva reattribution offer and ask Questions. This is in addition to the material that will be sent to you by Aviva and ourselves in the weeks ahead. There will also be a range of other material which you will be able to access through a new website we are launching shortly. It will have the same url as this, so there is no need to change your bookmark.

We hope that you will be able to attend an event and please note that we will run two presentations at each, one in the afternoon, the other in the early evening.
