Mac Mackenzie
Mac is a senior associate in our financial institutions group. He has a wide range of financial services and regulatory experience in both an advisory and a transactional context. He advises banks, investment banks and investment managers on financial services and regulatory issues. Mac negotiated the investment management arrangements in connection with Henderson’s sale of the Pearl group to Sun Capital and Eureko’s sale of F&C to Isis. Mac has spent time on secondment at two investment banks and also spent a year on secondment in the legal unit at the Bank of England.
