Jason Mullarkey

Jason Mullarkey is responsible for designing and organising the call centre and administrative facilities to help the Policyholder Advocate provide information for Norwich Union policyholders. Jason is seconded to this office from Norwich Union.

As a senior customer management expert with over 10 years of managerial experience within financial services Jason has extensive knowledge of understanding customer needs, contact operations and people management. To compliment his experience he holds both Chartered Insurance Institute and Process Excellence qualifications.

His achievements to date include holding senior positions within financial services contact operations, playing a major role in the response handling operations through demutualization and the mergers of major Life companies, and the integration of the merged companies contact models. Jason has designed and built numerous customer management operations, as well as heading a change management team which concentrated on championing customer needs and delivering process improvement.

Most recently Jason delivered and improved contact model for Norwich Union's largest distributor network, resulting in a 200% increase in its customer satisfaction rating.
