If you are an Aviva with-profits policyholder and have any questions you should call 08000 511 300 or if you are calling from overseas please use 0044 1603 689 574. This site will remain in place for a year. The site has been archived by the British Library and will remain available thereafter.

The policyholder advocate's website

This site was designed to help eligible Aviva with-profits policyholders make their decision about whether to accept the reattribution offer.

Reports on this site contain additional detail to that which was in the information packs sent to all policyholders. This allowed policyholders to study the background to the reattribution in as much detail as they would like.

Please note that the reattribution was formally approved by Mr. Justice Norris, presiding judge in the High Court, on 18 September 2009. His written judgement may be found in the section ‘News & Articles’, Policyholder Update 16 October 2009.
