03) My policy matured/expired recently, am I eligible?
Aviva has stated that if a policy matured/expired before the 21st November 2006 then it would not be eligible. Policies invested in the chosen funds that mature or become a valid claim after the 21 November 2006 and before the effective date of the reattribution, will still be treated as eligible. This is under the condition that the investment remained in the with profits fund at the time of maturity/claim.
