178) How are payments distributed in respect of occupational pension schemes investing in eligible policies?
As a scheme trustee it is ultimately your responsibility to decide how any payment should be distributed amongst your scheme members. The scheme rules should be of assistance to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to comment on individual schemes as the rules will differ. If you need further guidance you should seek independent legal advice.
