149) What about if their policy matures before the vote? Will policyholders have to stick around for 3 years as they do for the special distribution?
Policyholders who had an eligible policy in force on 21 November 2006, have not surrendered it (except by retirement, maturity or death) and do not surrender the policy until after the effective date of the reattribution are eligible.
