145) Is there a chance that Aviva might withdraw the offer should the stock market continue to decline?

Aviva plc has always made clear that it will take a final decision on the reattribution after the High Court hearing. However the current offer has built in a degree of flexibility to cope with different valuations of the estates. An estate valuation of £1.2 bilo0n is the lowest at which Aviva is expected to proceed.
